Since 2010, Peng had been teaching math in a cram school in Hsinbei City, met, A, B, C, D, and E, five adolescent females, had sexual intercourse with all five, and had even caused three of the five gotten pregnant, and had abortions. The five adolescents all sued Peng for obstruction of sexual freedom, the D.A. investigated, and the records showed, that as Peng had sexual intercourses with teenagers, B and E, they were both, not yet sixteen years of age, and, the D.A. charged him with two counts of having sex with minors between ages fourteen and sixteen.

The five adolescents accused, that started in 2010, Peng continued to have sexual intercourses with the five of them, and many times, it'd been against their wills, and took the video footages, the photos of his sexual encounters, with adolescents A and B, causing A, B and E pregnant, and had the teens used their older sisters' national health insurances identification cards to get abortions, or Peng had his younger sister take the teens to get aborted.
Peng admitted to having sexual intercourse with the teenage girls, but denied having sex with the adolescent, D, and cried that he'd been, wrongfully, accused, that the four adolescents had, consented, and were all, dating him.
Based off of the adolescents' testimonies, and the video recordings, the D.A. found that before B was at least sixteen years of age, she'd had sex with Peng TWICE, and gotten pregnant, and the adolescent girl took her older sister's national health insurance card to get an abortion. And the adolescent, E had had sex with Peng when she was only fifteen, and a month later, E took Peng's older sister's national health insurance card to get an abortion. On the same year in October, E got pregnant again, and in January of the following year, she'd taken a national health insurance card that Peng borrowed from someone else to get an abortion.

The district attorneys, based off of the records they'd found, believed that Peng had had sex four times with adolescents B and E, although, there were no clear evidence that it was against their wills, but because at the time of the sexual intercourse, both were not yet sixteen, they'd charged him with counts of sex with underage minors, and asked the judge to combine the sentencing of all the charges; and on the counts of adolescents A, C, D, there were no evidence showing that they weren't willing to have sexual intercourse with Peng, the charges on these were, dropped.
And that, was how this shit all, ended, with the "emperor", because that's what this mother FUCKER (don't pardon me here!) believed himself to be, taking in, all them, teenage whores, and that, is what these god damn stupid young girls are to him, and, he'd, abused their trusts, and, caused them to have abortions, and, because some of these bitches were already, over fourteen (that's the legal age here to consent to sex???), this predator, who's, dressed up as a cram school instructor, still didn't get, charged harshly enough.
