It has been launched to build the rally on Edinburgh's Calton Hill on the day of Charles' coronation on May 6th.  From this we will attempt to build a movement of civil disobedience directed against the UK Supreme Court's denial of the right of Scottish self-determination and a withdrawal of support for directly imposed British institutions in Scotland.  The Declaration was initiated by the Radical Independence Campaign with the support of some Left SNP and Scottish Green politicians, grassroots campaigners and artists who have been committed to completing Scotland's 2014 unfinished Democratic Revolution. The Declaration was announced on Bella caledonia.
