One would hardly realise that it was the state he represents which initiated and continues to use military force. It's fascinating how Russian government spokespeople use this almost third person verbal approach to outline the events. It is as if they are describing a natural disaster that has overtaken Ukraine as distinct from an armed invasion and continuing assault on another sovereign state by their own government.  Comment Like You can also reply to this email to leave a comment.
