Did she or did she not issue a warning to wannabe parasites intent on getting their snouts into Europe''s brimming welfare troughs? Did she tell EU member states to station naval vessels along Libya's and Tunisia's maritime borders, to force back the unwanted influx. Those who drowned when that ship went down had only themselves to blame.
