And a really quick one at that too, having just managed to finish reading it within 2-3 hours. I often avoid books about animals, especially ones written by Japanese writers, simply because I'm still not over Hachi. But this was a no-fuss slice of life work that reminded me of The Masterful Cat Is Depressed Again Today anime I happened upon on Netflix. Anyhow, I just wanted to deposit a quote I got from the book worth noting down: "Like Kenji Miyazawa's poem says: all the talent and powerand resources people may possess will not remain withthem for ever."
