Meeting new people often leads to discovering new perspectives and ideas. Recently, we hosted guests who introduced us to Sister Shivani from the Brahma Kumaris. While I had visited their ashram in Mount Abu as a child, it was more of a tourist experience, and I wasn't familiar with their philosophy. However, conversations with our guests, prompted me to explore talks by Sister Shivani. I stumbled upon the 'Soul Reflections' podcast on Spotify, featuring discussions between actor Suresh Oberoi and Sister Shivani. During a recent road trip with my parents, we found these discussions engaging and thought-provoking.
Sister Shivani delves into topics like energy, soul connections, and managing one's energy. Her insights resonated with me, prompting me to recommend the podcast to others. One episode, in particular, focused on how our vibes influence people, emphasizing the concept of "See-Treat-Become." Essentially, how we perceive someone influences how we treat them, which in turn shapes their behavior. For instance, if we view a child as naughty, we're likely to treat them as such, sending them vibes which reinforces that behavior. Conversely, by seeing, treating, and communicating with positivity and encouragement, we can give vibes which instill desired qualities in others.
This episode on Vibes Transform People, elaborates on this idea over 30 minutes, offering valuable insights into fostering positive traits in those around us.
Check it out and tell me what you think of it!
Cheers!
