One might almost be tempted to say 'better late than never... '

...but knowing Jellyfish Johnson's infinite capacity for brazen u-turns..
….

..from way back when till now, then perhaps....
'too little, too late...
...might be more accurate? '

Boris Johnson attack on 'insane' EU over Northern Ireland Protocol maddens Brussels

...
Of course the Fourth Reich is 'insane,' in the sense of its mad, bad and dangerous bullying of those countries unlucky enough still to languish under the heel of its jackboot judiciary...

...the ECJ merely a rubber stamp facilitating the way the Euro-Commissars make up the rules as they stomp along, towards an actually federal Europe.
ooooooo
Here, below, is what we wrote just a few months ago.
From the official EU Law website - It should be noted that the primacy of EU law only applies where EU countries have ceded sovereignty to the EU — fields such as the single market, environment, transport, etc. However, it does not apply in areas such as social policy and taxation
oooo
Yet those contemptible judges issue rulings that fly in the face of EU statute.
But this is nothing new!
Johnson is wayward, to say the least, but he is far from a dolt.
For him suddenly to declare his indignation over how Britain's tormentors in Brussels ( whom he only a few months ago hailed as 'friends and allies!") are behaving in a 'pettifogging' manner is almost laughable.
.

.
Kaiserin Ursula and her courtiers are not being 'pettifogging' because they give a damn about the people of Ulster..
..

..
...nor even because they care much about the expansionist ambitions of Eire.
..

.
The EUSSR simply aims to make life as awkward as possible for the UK, in order to ward off secessionist aspirations in the other nation-states within their control.
