How are blacks to be defined - on the old apartheid rules,by which Coloureds were differentiated from Blacks?
Then, which blacks qualify - only those with definitive proof of having been captured, bought or sold by Cambridge-connected traders?
There might be a trace of logic there.
Can't have scholarships handed to descendants of the many blacks who sold other blacks to slave-traders, can we?
