I felt this film is just a plotless montage of action sequences and failed media parody. This movie tries to create bigger picture and display hypocrisy of society but somewhere those attempts felt hollow and insincere.
It felt like Bollywood is trying to apologise and come clean of all those allegations that are made on the industry.I also noticed that how much male dominated this film was. We see Malaika Arora in dance number, Is that the only space reserved for women in these so called action movies?
Even after Ayushman's acting, audience don't feel any sympathy for character of 'Maanav' and his struggle.The ending brings interesting twist and teaches important lesson about today's society. This film didn't touch my soul.
