Strangely (NOT) BBC managed to omit news of what both the Mirror and the Telegraph showed commendable responsibility in publishing..
...

...
......namely, reports on how the Tory Government has responded to a 'draft update to WHO regulations member states would need to follow some precise instructions when responding to pandemics such as introducing vaccine passports, border closures and quarantine measures....

.
Seriously?
After W.H.O.'s wretched record...
.(...with very rare exceptions, like the recent one W.H.O. Strays From Party Line? Blow-Back! .)
....of complicity with the brutal junta in Beijing?
Red Alert! Why Won't W.H.O. Confront Xi's Lies?
...if there's a draft rule on how the UK, or any free country, 'Needs To Follow' diktats from WHO, then a draft it should remain, or better still consigned to the waste-paper basket.

...
But no worries, for although Sunak's Foreign Office flunkey Andrew Mitchell says 'the UK supports the pandemic treaty as it will allow countries to respond quickly to any future pandemic...'
.
.
.
...the Tory minister 'added that the government will "never agree to anything that crosses our points of principle on sovereignty...'
Oh yeah?
And what points of principle might they be?
No wonder this has 'caused concern among some MPs who fear that the institution may become "a controlling international authority..." '
So a gallant Tory band are ready to take a stand against any suggestion that sovereign 'states will need to take the WHO's advice as 'binding...'
And...
Some Tory MPs have urged the Foreign Office to block powers that "appear to intrude materially into the UK's ability to make its own rules and control its own budgets...?
But Tory governments have shown time and again that they will buckle down and obey supranational deals, hands thus tied to keep out crimmigrants.
And as for the gallant band of Tory dissenters we're expected to turn to....
Yeah, right!
