In this post I am sharing 3 art movies in high quality by full length videos from Youtube, cause these are films that made an impact on me, and as an intro I'll try to explain what my fascination is about.
There is something about contrasts that appeals to me. Like the natural elements (earth, wind, water, fire) so different from eachother yet all of them part of the holistic nature. And there are such powefull majestetic forces in natue both vibrant, positive forces of life,beauty and purity, the innocence of a newborn lamb, but also dark, violent, destruvtuve forces and violent predators.
As human beings we are dragged by diggerent forces both within oursekves, in society and among the humans that stand close to us.
And humanity is so diverse, still this contrasts between light and darkness, good and evil, destruction and creation, spiritiuality, fine art, whats cultivated and sivilized opposed to vulgar forces, brutality, raw lust, the most fragile sensitiv strings of the human soul torn by brutal insesitive words and actS, life and death, sickness and health, love and hate.
One way or the other afflcts all of us. Its what the world is like, its the inherated sin in the history if humanity we are not born with but born into in time and space.
In these movies these contrasts are expressed in an artistic way, and even if some of you might find a few scenes disturbing just realize that both good and bad, the cultivated and the vulgar, pleasure and beauty against cruelty and really horrible disturbing things is part of the world we live in, part of the history and civilzation of human kind and down to basic also part of life and what and who we are each one of us.
Memento mortem, but do not fear the forces of life and nature just learn to master or cope with it.
For the fragile souls these movles can do as sensitivity training. Can you hold it, cope with it even if you find some of the scenes disturbing?
I reccomend you see the whole films untill you make a judgement. This is art. What does these films say to your soul? Can you hold also the unpleasant feelings and reactions that might occur to you as you wstch, and still se the whole film? I put you to the Task!
