| ross1948 Nov 2 | Helen MacNamara, sometime top civil servant... (and wife of a sometime Director of the BBC Trust!) ...is entitled to be upset by Dominic Cummings' foul-mouth Wossaps. | | | | MacNamara | | . And she's probably spot on about that clown Hancock's duff performance during the pandemic, since he did such a lousy job previously. Breast-Feeding Outlawed? Get The Gaystapo Out Of UK Hospitals! BoJo's Brave New NHS – Hancock's Hospital Gaystapo!–. But methinks she doth protest too much, on the tiresome theme of 'diversity,' in particular provision for 'domestic abuse' victims. "It is very difficult to draw any conclusion other than women have died as a result of this," . One hopes she takes as stern a view of the Tories' eagerness to encourage the crimmigrant invasion by provision of hotel accommodation... . . ...with free food and pocket money, . Tory failure to order the swine sent back ASAP to France... …. ...women brutally assaulted, Brits slain, 'as a result of this?' . She told the inquiry that she had "profound regret" about the situation, but had to be reminded by O'Connor that she was at Downing Street during one of the events that had led to fines after she claimed - "I definitely wasn't partying in No 10..." . . If all female civil servants during the Bojo Era... . . ..were like MacNamara, perhaps it was inevitable that 'female civil servants found they had "become invisible overnight...spoken over or ignored - while meetings in Downing Street were dominated by men.. Or so she claimed at the Covid Inquiry.. Hmmm... When I was a local councillor, I always insisted that women be included in our council and group committee and sub-committee deliberations. . Women! .... They have different and valuable perspectives from us blokes, and God help any man who 'spoke over or ignored' them.. No way would they let me or any other male colleagues 'dominate' them.. I guess McNamara and her bureaucratic comrades were, are, made of different stuff... . Or should we take her recollections with a pinch of salt? After all, on the subject of the 'raucous' event for which she provided a karaoke machine.. . . ... 'she told the inquiry that she had "profound regret" about the situation, but had to be reminded... 'that she was at Downing Street during one of the events that had led to fines after she claimed: "I definitely wasn't partying in No 10.. ' . .
