They are adventurers and artists. Sometimes the art and adventure is out in the world, and sometimes it is only in the mind. Either way, these people hardly notice the sacrifices they make as they focus intently and entirely on their passion. For some forms of art and adventure, simply achieving the goal or producing a portfolio is enough to forward society. Other forms require coming back and making the effort to fold back into the community.
