This year’s award honors their influential work on innovation, technological change, and long-run economic growth. Professor Mokyr’s scholarship has been central to advancing our understanding of the Industrial Revolution, the institutional conditions that enabled it, and the broader cultural evolution of knowledge economies. As a journal at the intersection of economics and history, we are proud to count Professor Mokyr among our editorial leadership.
