Another, antisocial personality, on a killing spree, targeting those, who are, coming and going on the subways, using the reenactment of the movies, Joker, off of the Front Page Sections, translated…

On the Keio Line of the Tokyo Subway systems on the thirty-first of October, at around eight in the evening, there was a random stabbing, a man of around twenty years of age, carried a sharp dagger, started attacking the passengers, and poured unclear fluids around, causing the fires to start on the trains, causing at least seventeen of the passengers injured, of these, a man in his sixties was severely injured, was unconscious.  The police had already arrested the suspect, and are conducting the investigations.

The NHK reported, that based off of the police forces, as the train was passing through the Kokuryo station, then a man pulled out a sharpened knife, started waving it around, assaulting the fellow passengers on the train.  Then, the perpetrator set the fires on the train seats, by pouring flammable fluids on the seats.  The witnesses retold, that a lot of the passengers flew into a panic and tried climbing out of the windows to escape.

The man was arrested right away, he was in his twenties.  He'd caused at least seventeen people injured, a sixty-year-old male was stabbed to severely wounded, lost consciousness.

The witnesses told, that the perpetrator dressed up as the Joker in the Batman movies, and he'd not escaped after he'd stabbed at random, instead, just, calmly sat himself on the seats, and started smoking, waited to be arrested, the scene was, quite, strange.  And, it was on Halloween that this happened.

The Keio Line was impacted, and had halted the transportations in both directions at 8:17 in the evening locally.

And so, this is how people can, act out, and, apparently, this individual isn't in his right state of mind as he'd, dressed up as the Joker from the movie, and, done what the character did in the movie, went on a shooting rampage, and, the insanity plea may be justified, for his case.
