There's, no more hope of recovery to be had in his life, and no more light, so he'd, chosen to, commit suicide!  Off of the Front Page Sections, translated…

In the Ming-Le Park of Zhonghe of Hsinbei City, there were the reports of locals hearing gun shots, the forty-two-year-old man, Lu was found shot in the head, died instantly, with an altered machine gun next to his body; the police found a suicide note in his pack, and believed that he'd committed suicide because his illness is turning him blind.  The real reason behind his suicide however, is still, pending investigations.

The Ming-L Park is located in the populated residential area in the Yuan-Shan Road, 266th alley, with the community buildings and the apartments all around it, at around eight in the morn, the locals reported hearing a loud bang, the local community security guard went to check, saw Lu lying in blood, and called it in.

The Ji-Suay Substation of the Zhonghe Police Precinct received a call that "someone committed suicide by shooting himself in the head", sent the patrol officers over, but because Lu was clearly already dead, they'd not sent him to the hospital, they'd only used the tapes, to seal off the site, and called in the forensics experts.

There was an uzi shell casing, five bullets on site, the police suspected that the uzi was from a toy store, and altered by the man, Lu used his right hand, with the gun on his own right temple, then pulled the trigger, the bullet shot through his left temple.

Lu had records of drugs, damages, assault charges, but no gang related activities.  The police investigations found, yesterday morn, Lu was in shorts, and a shirt, walked into the Ming-Le Park alone; back then, there were children playing on the playground, he may have been worried that he might scare the children, he'd made his way to the side of the park, and just, waited, until the crowd went off, then, took out that altered Uzi and shot himself in the head.

There were the medications, the diagnosis inside Lu's backpack, a final note; based off of understanding, Lu claimed that he'd been diagnosed with a rare condition, and had been treated by the hospitals long-term, and his condition hadn't improved, the physician told him he may become blind, he'd worried that his condition will put a huge impact on his loved ones, and appointed his families to take care of his final affairs.  The police confirmed, that there were no suspicious individuals who'd approached Lu before the incident, contacted his families to get his body and plan the funeral, and reported to the district attorney's office, and they're tracking down how he got the gun.

And so, this man's only way out, as he saw it, was to kill himself, because he has an untreatable condition, and that puts him into a bad place, and, with no hope of getting better, and didn't want to strain his families, he'd, taken his own life.  It's truly sad.
