Nobody wants to be a failure. Progress in whatever we do is the key to our growth. But why people hold back or sometimes are not able to achive desired results despite doing their best. One of the cause is FEAR. Fear is not what we feel at a given moment, it accumulates over time. Fears are deeply embbeded in subconscious. And surface in stress situtaions and hold us back from taking firm decisions.
