That filter between the brain and mouth of mine, it's had enough. In general, humans are supposed to be kind, the world is supposed to be a nice place. But the doofuses who inhabit it do not deserve a humane and overly-polite and suffocating environment. I've lost count of the number of times I've seen imbecile idiots do or speak absolute nonsense, and I've had to bite my tongue down, stopping it from giving them an honest, unfiltered piece of my mind. That filter between my brain and mouth has died from overuse. Right now, you're going to listen to me spit out exposing facts in the harshest and most honest way possible.
Let's start with the junkiest category of homo idiota: celebrities. Or entertainers, as I like to call them. What's it with our crazy obsession with them? A beggar moves around in a torn and tattered dress, we go out of our way to ignore them, but when Kim Kardashian does it, she's a fashion icon! Proud to spam your stories with 'I worship Tomdaya' posts, but ashamed to so much as PRAY and thank our actual Gods from the Indian culture? Our attraction towards riches, fame and external beauty without regarding presence of mind and personality show how hollow-minded we are.
Spot the difference
I will trust humanity the day people stop putting their faith in illiterate entertainers and respect the actual heroes; the people of science, who worked tirelessly to make this world such a comfortable and advanced place (you are viewing this on your screens, which were given to you by scientists, not film stars)
Second up: the madhouse called 'social media'. What's it with our constant urge to be online? Fear of missing out? When will we realize that the new hot piece of gossip is essentially just news which isn't going ANYWHERE and doesn't need to be acted upon the moment it is released? You don't need to stop your assignment to watch 'Amber Heard's reaction to Johnny Depp's lawyer will make you go-'. She will be wailing and snorting into tissues even if you watch the video today, or after a hundred years.
Yupp even after a century it's gonna be the same "My DoG sTEpPeD oN a BeeHhhH"
Moreover, I will never understand the insane lengths people go to for just a few followers. How can virtual likes be more satisfactory than some quality time with friends and fam? When will people realize that social media, just like ghosts, is fake?
