So very early on a Saturday, and life is beginning to take shape in a very fluid way. So where am I?
I am staying in Ohio.
I am talking with two clients within Empower Excellence: one to begin the Coaching phase in July and one to begin MAKE A LIFE in the Fall. Empower Excellence is alive and well.
I will be renewing my Ohio substitute license for 2023 - 2024 this month. My passion for education is rediscovering working with children.
I am a passionate "foodie" and I have become a Personal Shopper with Heinen's in Twinsburg, Ohio, and I have been asked to expand my role there to restart their Instore Food Demos this coming week. This has not been an active program since the beginning of Covid.
This morning, I continue my weekly blogs and videos in focus of how I am and how I got to this fluid shape that my life is taking on my new timeline. There are passions that are now being present again after a long absence.
Energy work is back into my life. I have restarted my morning energy massages, and my new appreciation for my chakra system is apparent daily. Everything starts with my Earth chakra, the Root chakra. Over the years I have learned through my master teacher of more than 10 years the roles each chakra plays. We started with depleted adrenals in the area of the Root chakra. Successful there, we continue to pay attention daily to staying healthy for the adrenals.
The Sacral chakra is still active and healthy in the area of total reproductive health. The Solar Plexus chakra has been revitalized in the area of Type II Diabetes as I have been one year away from the popular prescription drug I was on for years being replaced by the natural Berberine for one year now. Berberine affects the body at the molecular level including regulating metabolism.
The Heart chakra regulates my emotions while my Throat chakra continues to pose challenges with my third year of Spring loss of voice in part due to allergies. An ENT Voice Specialist will be visited in July as I believe I have researched, diagnosed, and am listening to my throat intensely. The throat chakra has been problematic throughout my life with tonsils, strep, bronchitis, and laryngitis. The energy is being directed to my throat more than ever as it affects communication, rational and logical decisions and emotions.
The Third Eye chakra and Crown chakra always receive my energetic focus. All chakras are in alignment at this time. It is a process, and through NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), the patterns are more and more obvious. It has been a transition paying attention to the process of all of my interactions, listening, watching, feeling, and not the "content" of the interactions.
Getting to where I am now has taken me back to the questions children usually ask rather than asking the rigid questions closing off adults. Adults ask disempowering questions, and they receive disempowering answers. So I now organize my questions. My questions now are powerful and deal with vision, mindset, and depth.
Questions of vision are action questions to move forward. "What would it look like if it were 'Life doesn't always have to be hard. What if it were "easy?'"
Mindset questions shift perspectives: "What if the opposite were true?"
Depth questions deal with what is missing. "What if nothing were missing?"
Where I am now is about my continuing inner work to get out of my own way.

In the meantime, more passion is being spent with Butterflies, Beach Glass and a future move to Walden in Aurora, Ohio... Life keeps expanding!
