There's no warning signs by the fishing hole, nor was this campgrounds, registered, and there wasn't, even any, flotation devices set up by the ponds, and so, this site is negligent, at the, least! And lives were, lost in the, drowning accidents…off of the Newspapers, translated…

The tourist farm in Yilan, illegally operated a campground without the licensure, and yesterday there was a drowning of a father and a son in the fishing ponds on site. The thirty-year-old Hsieh, and his two-year-old son, started fishing at the pond at around eight in the morn, fell into the pond, and weren't heard of again, and in the afternoon, they were, fished out of the pond by the rescuers, but both were without signs of, life, they were rushed to the hospital, but died there. There was NO warning signs, nor the life vest, the flotation devices by the pond, the district attorneys, the police will review the facts, to clarify who's responsibilities it is, that's caused the death of this father and son.

The preliminary investigations by the police found, that the family of three, the Hsieh's set out from Changwha to the Cholang Farm Campsite to visit, at around eight, the father-son pair went to the fishing pond, as the man was preparing the gears, the young boy about a meter away from him, was trying to, use the nets to catch the fish in the pond, and, accidentally, fell, in. Hsieh saw, and leapt in immediately to try and save his own son, but, he couldn't, get his son out of the water, they both, drowned.
The pond where the accidental drownings occurred was 396 square meters large, about three meters, deep, located by the slopes of the campsite, a bit of walking distance away from the main camp grounds, about three minutes' walk, after both the father and son had fallen in, the families walked around, and couldn't find them anywhere, at noon, when the families reviewed the surveillance camera footages with the employees at the campsite, they'd saw how the father and son had drowned in the pond, they'd immediately called the fire department to come and rescue them out.
The rescuers searched the waters, and sent the divers in, at a little past one o'clock in the afternoon, they got Hsieh out first, and around two in the afternoon, the boy was also, found and pulled back out, but both stopped breathing, with NO signs of life, they were rushed to the farmer's hospital in Dongshih, but, declared dead, the families are distraught, yesterday, they'd, lifted the corpses of the father and son back to Changwha.
The farm was about 3.5 acres in size, with a ton of amenities, the playgrounds, and visitor stays, but, the farm did NOT get the certification of the government to operate legally as a recreational site, there's the pond, but without the warning signs of the dangerous deep waters, nor the life vests or the, flotation devices necessary, the operators of the campground also, did NOT file for the accidental insurance policies for the tourists, the responsibilities of the drowning, and who is to blame is now, being investigated by the D.A.'s office and the police.
And so, this is why, you need to be careful, when you travel, you need to find a place that's, with the up-to-date certification of operations by the governments, and even then, you still need to, be very careful, in using the amenities of the grounds, to avoid this sort of a family tragedy from recurring.
