It is a sad and well known fact that people turn away from Christ's love to look elsewhere for fulfilment; whether it be drugs, or a sect, or a modern "cult"; whether it be of oriental origin or nothing short of old regenerated paganism; something of the occult or esoteric; as long as it sounds fascinating and cool – it doesn't matter what the source is. A well-educated layman and convert was right when he said: 'The most sought-after subject in theology ought to be mysticism, the teaching of the supernatural in the Church.' Everyone has to return from the false path to the mystery of God's glory, to the right path walked by the saints of all ages before us, Christ, who not only became man and was man, but who is also God; the right path also leads to His holy Mother Mary, who is not as well-known as she deserves to be, she is the example for all of us, and it is she who shows us the path that leads us to Christ!
