New York Times on criminal sentencing reform: "The legislation, which aims to end a longstanding racial disparity in federal prison sentences for drug possession, passed the House overwhelmingly last year, with more than 360 votes. It has filibuster-proof bipartisan support in the Senate and the endorsement of President Biden and the Justice Department."
