So 'the judge decided.. not to impose a penalty against Gaia Delap?' . . And not just this daft old bat, who was 'among 12 activists spared jail for causing "massive disruption" on the M25....in contempt of an injunction aimed at restricting protest last November. . . 'Spared jail?!?' By whom? ooooo Mr Justice Soole! (aka Sir Michael Alexander Soole, wig-wearer AND former SDP parliamentary candidate) . .
