I remember taking a free online IQ test, and my score was 144 ... not sure how accurate, good or bad it was.
The focus then shifted to emotional intelligence (EQ), but experts could not allocate numbers as scores.
MBTI, Firo-B and many other tests followed. It was fun taking those tests after a long gap and observing how we have changed over the years.
Some of these tests are mandatory in the recruitment procedure, hence, we had to take them - like it or not. However, I enjoyed conducting these exercises in training sessions.
I think I've grown beyond numbers now. It's not so easy to box me in a watertight compartment and description. I enjoy the discomfiture of those conducting the tests on me, at times.
My coaching trainer was testing us on NLP assumptions. The theory is that one looks above on the left if imagining something or making up a story, and above on the right if accessing memory for details. He asked me certain questions, and I was not looking up at all. He concluded that I'm taking details from a place where memories have already been downloaded. It is not a live transmission.
