The Evening of Change…from 2023 to 2024

It is all Black and White, Love or Fear, Energy or Weakness!

"ENERGY" we talk about it a lot. ENERGY involves change or lack of change, and we all know that it is inevitable. There are many kinds of ENERGY including Mental Energy, Energy of Creation, Emergence Energy, and Expansion Energy among many forms.

Recently, we talked about Mental Energy, which is hard to define, harder to measure, and everyone seems to want more Mental Energy.

One thing that all types of ENERGY have in common is its ability to create change...or not.

ENERGY is a personal concept and feeling.

CHANGE BEGINS WITH ME...

I CANNOT CHANGE THE PAST (and the PAST does not define me). I can learn from the PAST, but my choices are what defines me. I can only move on from the PAST, but I should not give up because of it.

The PRESENT and the FUTURE are concepts I can take charge of. These references define who I am right now and who I want to be. Accepting myself is all about my strengths/weaknesses. talents/flaws, and dreams/fears. Accepting myself is all about respect and love! Forgiving myself is all about letting go of guilt and shame and focusing on lessons and growth. Challenging myself requires changing habits, mindset, and actions. Challenging myself can accomplish goals!

I also know that I have to support myself, and I cannot support myself by myself. There is family, friends, resources, and tools. I have to learn to reach out and appreciate all types of support.

WHY CHANGE IS IMPORTANT...

I cannot change my beginning, I can only change my present and future. I know that I have to start where I am and change the ending. And all Change requires ENERGY...

NEW YEARS EVE is symbolic of CHANGE

2024 is upon us! What is the ENERGY of 2024?

Maybe I should start with the year that is almost past. For me it has been a year of drastic change in all parts of my life. The past is over, but it was all kinds of good and bad energy. It was a gift of a year that changed me and has made me ready for 2024 personally and professionally. Something BIG is coming in 2024. I cannot tell you what exactly, but it, like everything, begins with a feeling, an emotion, an expectation. 2023 was a year that stalled for 2024! And now 2024 is upon us.

MY THREE QUESTIONS FOR ME:

WHO AM I?
WHAT DO I DO?
WHY DO I DO IT?

During 2023 I took the time to examine and answer those three questions for I had to challenge myself to know myself in order to be myself. Why did I need to be myself? Because the key ENERGY of Creation loomed ahead for me to accept the leadership role to take my company Empower Excellence, financial empowerment for women and their families as its goal, forward.

2023 I was in a deep ENERGY of Creation mode. That included identifying and releasing ENERGY blocks not only for me but also for the clients of 2024. A huge amount of potential ENERGY of Growth was ready for 2024. As 2024 grew closer, the ENERGY of Expansion became light and easy in the way that flow feels.

MAKE A LIFE has been created, has grown, and is expanding NOW...

More about MAKE A LIFE after today, but it is a HOLISTIC WEALTH Creation program which I created, which I experienced through 2023, and which is now ready for clients in 2024. I am the guide for clients through the process of MAKE A LIFE. I created MAKE A LIFE with a passion of fire and a gentleness of love as I experienced the ENERGY of Completion personally and professionally through 2023. It is time for me to lead the ENERGY of Expansion for all clients this year. ENERGY is a focus, and it is the source of personal and professional shifts.

Shifts began when I opened myself to what is ready to become known. Shifts can happen to each of us individually, and then can lead to shifts collectively. Shifts become a collective experience. Shifts involve nuances and hidden insights and many times show us how little we actually know about ourselves. Shifts begin with knowing both sensed truths and inherent truths. Emotion and intellect are involved as new timelines begin to form for individuals with timelines leading from the old, the past, to the new.

Shifts are all about change, slow and subtle but still strong enough to make a difference. During shifts, internal strength is viewed, shared, and all to become an anchor of ENERGY. It is internal originating from the ground up through each of us for Nature will guide us. It is simply because all of our individual potential right down to individual cells is what we are made of and what powers each of us.

ANCHORS are Needed for Change

Anchors provide strength and clarity. The answers to the three questions referred to earlier:

WHO am I?
WHAT am I Doing?
WHY I Do It?

Those answers provide my strength and clarity to guide and lead clients to make change. The change began with me as I created MAKE A LIFE. Change can be painful. Experience makes change easier as truth and hope on an individual basis becomes known and the change moves from the internal being to the exterior. Consciousness creates the new dynamic replacing fear with knowing what is possible. Support and collaboration is the foundation for each individual to face their desired future. This is what transformation is all about. With the Holistic approach of MAKE A LIFE, energy, money, and life in total can become what is wished for in the present and future no matter what the past may have brought to an individual.

Having seen myself through 2023, I can be a mirror for individuals to see their own blindspots, and blindspots can become opportunities for energy and change and rediscovering wisdom held within individuals. With a desire to change their life, an individual can meet their current energies head on and move on to face the ENERGY areas in their total life.

I am an anchor and a guide having upleveled my total life in 2023.
