The female student told, at first, she'd not realized, that she'd been, sexually, molested, thought that Hsu wanted to pickpocket her phone, originally wanted to call out for help, but there were only, older people all around, that was also the very first time she'd been, assaulted, didn't know how to tell. She was more than certain, that Hsu did it intentionally, because had it been a careless brush by, he would've only, grazed the side of the, thigh, but she had a backpack on, Hsu had stuck his hand under her backpack, then, pinched her buttocks.
Hsu denied having molested the student, claimed that he had, carelessly swung his arms, and accidentally brushed up against her side. But the judge reviewed over the surveillance, zoomed in on the screen shot, found that Hsu didn't have any other form of physical contact with the female student, only saw that he'd placed his left hand toward her left buttocks, found Hsu to not be credible in his statement.
The judge found that Hsu showed a total disrespect for the female student's body, that he'd not known her, that his bad behavior not only impacted her psychological wellbeing, that she was randomly selected by him on the streets to harass sexually, that he was a danger to the public; and, after he was caught in the act, Hsu kept excusing himself, denying his offenses, even as the female student and her legal counsel were willing to give him a chance, he'd still, denied what he'd, done, showing that Hsu not only had the mind of not getting caught, but also, showed that senses of disrespect toward the female student, carried an awful attitude after he'd committed the sexual molestation, sentenced him on breaking the laws to prevent sexual harassment, sentenced him to five months, and he could pay a fine of $150,000N.T. to get out from serving the time.
See how this loser did it, even as this woman was willing to let him slide, which she shouldn't if you ask me, he'd still, evaded his own bad behaviors, kept denying what he'd done, and that would be precisely why he would be deserving of a harsher sentence, and it's such a shame, that this, naïve, innocent female student did NOT press charges harder.
