I am not actually living on a prayer (though I do try and live through prayer), as life if pretty good right now. My daughter is only two months away from being a year old, and she gets more fun every day as her mobility improves and she figures out new sounds to make! She certainly keeps me on my toes, and away from my books, but I still think I've read a decent amount! This will be a bit of a long post, because as well as a look at what I've read in the last quarter, checking in on my reading challenges, and seeing what my stats are, I'm going to indulge in the mid-year check in tag! Two notes on my current reading trends: 1. You may notice that I am on a bit of a Celtic binge, and I don't really see it stopping anytime soon and 2. I am trying to read as many of the Hugo finalists as possible before the voting closes and before I go to WorldCon this August. Give me a shout if you'll be there too! | | |
