The Kremlin plane seems normal at Dulles, but observers thought it unusual the Trump plane would divert there, given Trump's schedule, since there are closer airports that can accommodate his plane. And what is with the backwards flag on the tail of the Trump plane. Those people always have some flag thing going on.
