What Were Autistic People Reading About In 2024?

There has been a lot of activity on my blog over the last 12 months, and there have been some consistent themes to what people are coming back to read about. With that in mind, here are the top 3 subjects that were read on my website in 2024 and their associated content.

#1- Monotropic Split

When Tanya Adkin first conceptualised monotropic split, I knew we were onto something big. It has prove to be an incredibly popular topic of discussion, and this article by Tanya had almost 8,000 views in 2024 alone.

#2- Burnout, Psychosis, and Paranoia

Building on Tanya's concepts of monotropic split and spiral, we created the concept of the burnout-to-psychosis cycle, and looked deeper into the relationship between autism and paranoid thinking. The following articles proved particularly popular.

Another two related concepts built on the work of Tanya Adkin and our professional experience. These have proven to be widely accepted concepts in the Autistic and ADHD spaces we in habit, with more and more discussion opening up on the topic.
