Mindfulness Workbook And Toolkit We have just today published our Circles Of Control workbook and tools kit. It's a short PDF with a daily check in worksheet and diagram of the circles of control. This time the event will be 3 days instead of 1, 14th-16th August. 14th and 16th will be completely online, with 15th being hybrid, giving people the option to attend either online, or in person at the venue in Brighton, East Sussex.
