Resilience is built communally and systemically, not just individually and locally. In this series of 6 sessions we will be looking at a multifaceted, science-based approach that builds on our identity and needs, relationships with others and co-creating an ecosystem in which all can thrive. We will identify existing as well as potential resources, building custom toolkits for personal resilience as well as critiquing the structures that support and limit our resilience, and considering our potential role as advocates for change.
