Wednesday 5 November 2025, 7:00 pm (AEDT) (9:00 pm NZDT, 9:00 am Rome, 8 am London) The Accounting History Special Interest Group (AHSIG) of AFAANZ is pleased to announce the 24th Accounting History Symposium, which will be held online on Wednesday, 5 November 2025, at 7:00 pm (AEDT-Australia). The Symposium provides a collegial and supportive forum for researchers at all stages of their careers to present, discuss, and refine their work in accounting history and related areas. The symposium will feature a keynote by the authors of the 2024 Gibson Award-winning paper: “Of power, knowledge and method: The influence of Michel Foucault in accounting history” by Michele Bigoni, Laura Maran, and Zeila Occhipinti. Registration The Symposium will be held online via MS Teams. A registration link will be circulated closer to the event.
