Applications are open on a rolling basis and accepted year-round. The program is designed to support scholars at early career stages by promoting sustained intellectual exchange across generations and traditions in management and organizational history. Mentees are paired with senior scholars who provide guidance on research development, publishing strategies, career planning, and navigating the academic profession. This initiative reflects the Division’s long-standing commitment to historical consciousness in management and organization studies, scholarly rigor and pluralism, and an inclusive, globally oriented academic community. The program is open to PhD candidates working on management, organizational, or business history (broadly defined), as well as early career scholars seeking mentorship on research and professional development. Participants benefit from one-to-one or small-group mentoring, exposure to diverse intellectual traditions and career paths, and the opportunity to build lasting connections within the Management History community.
